Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
Sorry to learn about your bothersome situation.
I would suggest to see an endocrinologist. He will deal with hypothyrodism and give you suggestion about the treatment of obesity.
You have a neurological diagnosis and take treatment for it.
Sleeping apnea is due to obesity, it will get improved with the loosing weight.
So i would suggest to see and endocrinologist.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
