Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism And Hasimoto S Disease

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and Hasimoto s disease. I have an slightly elevated white blood cell count with a very low Vitamin D level of 23. I have been taking 5000 units of vitamin d. My hair is falling out, I am extremely fatigued and my face and body feel and looked bloated and puffy. I am not on any thyroid medications but my mother had major thyroid issues and was on synthroid. I am at the end of my rope with these issues. I was also diagnosed with lyme disease in April.

Hi dear
since you are a diagnosed case of hypothyroidism and the symptoms you are complaining are also of hypothyroidism i will suggest you to go for thyroid hormonal replacement therapy in the form of desiccated thyroid extract or levothyroxine tabs you should take the tabs only after consultation with an endocrinologist, these tabs are absolutely safe and are free from any side effects if taken in correct dose.
Best wishes.
