Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

If you are having hypopituitarism you should take 2-3 times the dose of cortisone in case of severe illness.

If I were your treating doctor I would suggest you to increase the cortisone dose and increase fluid and salt intake -If you are still feeling tired or giddy I would suggest you to go to near by hospital and take steroid injections. If you are better you can continue increased dose steroids for 2-3 days and then taper it to your regular dose.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
