Suggest Treatment For Hyperthyroidism Despite Consuming Tylenol

I have been treated for hyperthyroidism at the age of 20 with radioactive iodine treatment and since then taking synthriod. Two months ago I developed pain in my neck that won t go away even with Advil or Tylenol . What can this be? My TSH levels are normal .

hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of you.

A thorough musculoskeletal assessment of the neck is advised.

Since you have hyper-thyroidism , as per the symptoms the medicine are prescribed and they are doing a good job as the thyroid levels are under control with them.

Now you are experiencing neck pain, which can be a muscle spasm. by using hot water fermentation and performing simple neck exercises your pain should be fine.

if the pain doesn't go post hot water fermentation and simple neck exercises.

you can undergo physical therapy and your pain level will be managed.
