hi Doc I am a Ugandan male years and I was diagnosed with hypertension about 2003 (about 12 years now). I am taking losartan 50mg and hychlorithiazide 12.5mg and nebivilol 5mg. I suffer from allergic rhinitis as well. I am 130kg, 176cm tall. For a long time my blood pressure was under control with only losartan and HT. Since my mother died last year, it has become worse. Even when I take the drugs, there spells when it reaches 150/90. I am frequently sick with general body pain and only few spells of wellness. It becomes worse when it is cold. My voice is becoming husky and occasionally I am breathless. Please explain and advise. A. L
