Incomplete data like detailed report of abdominal ultrasound, age, gender, any other underlying medical illness.
Hydronephrosis involving right kidney seems to be due to stone in the ureter.
Depending upon the location of the stone, it has to be removed either by ureteroscope or lithotripsy. Once it's done the Hydronephrosis will get corrected.
