General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I don't think that there are medications for hydrocele at this phase. I believe that you can let it for some time (taking antibiotics in case of infection) and see if it gets better or not. If it continues to bother you it is better to use surgery to treat it.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
