Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many causes of hot flashes. First check the blood pressure, if it is high it should be treated. Secondly, menopause can be typically manifested with hot flashes but you didn't mention your age. Neuroendocrine tumors may be another cause. A detailed clinical examination and some blood tests are needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
