Suggest Treatment For Hormonal Imbalance

I am 43, in perimenopause and have had hormonal migraines for 15 years. Very predictable based on when my period is coming or when I ovulate. But now with my hormone fluctuations being less regular, it is harder to predict when these migraines will come (and therefore a bit more difficult to treat them). Is there any benefit to using BBT to track and chart temps to identify potential swings in hormones for this purpose? Or would it be too hard for a lay person like myself to use this info for this purpose? Thanks!

I read carefully your councerns;
Me suggest is as below:
What About BBT?
Basal body temperature (BBT) is your morning body temperature before you get out of bed. Charting this temperature over the course of your menstrual cycle is low-tech way to help determine if you’re ovulating .Please take the tem in the same hour for each days.

I need it to ask you to complete one or more of the following tests:
1 . FSH. This test measures (Folliculo Stimulating Hormon) levels again, and an increase in FSH levels can often confirm perimenopause.
2Estrogen test. This test measures estrogen levels, and lower levels of estrogen in the body may be an indicator for perimenopause.
3 Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) test. This test may be completed to rule out a thyroid problem, which symptoms include irregular menstrual periods, hot flashes, and fatigue

I would like to advise you that perimenopause treatments consist in the three categories: lifestyle changes, alternative medicine, and medication
About Lifestyle changes you must to do
•     (Getting enough sleep (at least 7 hours)
•     Exercising regularly Exercising 30 minutes a day, five days a week is recommended for overall wellness
•     Quitting smoking
•     Reducing or eliminating alcohol consumption
•     Drinking plenty of water
During this period you must be carefully with your diet:
•     Eat a diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains, calcium, and lean proteins.
•      Some foods, such as soy, can even help balance estrogen levels.
•     Dietary choices are just one of the many ways you can manage the severity of your menopause symptoms.
•     . Alternative Medicine
-Phytoestrogenic herbs contains plant-made estrogen
Some phytoestrogenic herbs include black cohosh, red clover, dong quai, and soy.
•     Medication ???
When ist nessesery to used that ?Until Lifestyle changest and Alternative medicine were no efcct than you must consult with Doctores to take the HRT.
The most common drugs used during perimenopause are artificial or synthetic hormones, generally known as hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

I suggest to contact your doctor gynecologiest and endocrinology which takes many things into consideration, including your age, menstrual history, and what symptoms or body changes you're experiencing.

Hope I was helpfull,
Thankyou for asking HCM
