Suggest Treatment For Hive Like Itchy Rashes On Feet And Vomiting

My 9 year old daughter has a rash (bright red, very even all over with some hive looking spots- but mostly all over prickly and red like sunburn) on both of her feet that cover the tops and up the ankle. It is very itchy and uncomfortable. Her hands are bothering her too and are puffy. Her cheeks looked flushed as well. She felt sick on SUnday and threw up. Was totally fine MTW, and then today didn t feel well- headache, no appetite, chills, prickly skin. Then we noticed the rash at dinner time. She is asleep now after a dose of benedryl. Would this likely just be a viral rash?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such rash could be nonspecific in children and this comes around on its own, but it well responds the to any antihistamines, if this appears on and often then under lying cause of this is very important, and this need to be treated most of the time this could be due to worm infestation, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
