Hello... I am a young 57 year old female in good medical condition. I have been having right hip joint pain as well and very tired and achy legs (especially my right leg) for several months. The achiness is so bad, I never feel like exercising anymore. I sleep ok but go to bed tired and wake up tired. I take vitamins, B-12, folic acid, 1 baby asperin, prilosec and 0.625 mg cenestin every day. I'm starting to get depressed over this because I am normally a very active person. Any ideas what causes this and how I can help it?
