Suggest Treatment For Hip Pain Radiating To Leg

I have pain in my left hip which goes down my left leg. Sitting on a heat pad helps greatly. Walking causes the pain to increase. Stretching my leg while bending at the knee often helps ease the pain. The pain can stop quickly and be like it was never there.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
It is typically a disc prolapse disease. There is disc herniation in back which leads to compression od the nerves and causes this type of pain. I would suggest you to get MRI of the spine. It will confirm the diagnosis.
If it is there on MRI then further treatment will depend up on pain and stage of the disease.
If there is only mild disc herniation then it will be good after physiotherapy and back traction exercises.
If it is very severe then you might need disc removal through surgery.
I would also recommend you to take Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet. These will provide you good pain relief and will also decrease swelling of the nerve leading to decrease in pressure on the nerves.
