Suggest Treatment For Hip Pain By The Groin Area

Hi, I m having pain for the last couple of weeks almost 7 weeks of hip pain on both sides. (Kind of buy my groin area) I lifted a lot of heavy boxes and heavy equipment at work. Frequently. Already went to chiropractor, acupuncture and hospital. After the X-ray they said nothing s fractured or broken and there s no bone loss.... I don t have any other symptoms. I have a cough that came on yesterday but both symptoms are not related. Help please.

Hi thanks for asking question.

Noted in x ray no bone loss or fracture.

But arthritis related changes present ???
You might have early changes of arthritis as you have history of heavy work load....

Second vitamin D and calcium deficiency may lead such symptoms...so rule out it.
If calcium deficiency present then calcium tablet might needed...

RA factor also done for rule out rheumatoid arthritis if Multisystemic symptoms present.
If seronegative spondyloarthropathy is under suspicion HLA B 27 might needed to rule out it.

Wish you good health...
