General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
If you have done test after 10-12 hour of fasting then your triglyceride is toward the higher side.
I give following advice to reduce your triglyceride level:
Avoid fast food, reducing saturated fats like butter and animal fats.
Take fresh fruits and green vegetable
Exercise like walking running and yoga daily in the morning for 45-60 minutes.
Repeat the test after 3-4 months.
If still it will come high, drugs like niacin, statin should be started to reduce triglyceride level.
Hope this may help you
