Hi welcome to HCM... Let me know you your history suggesting towards pancrease problem like pancreatitis.... Perform USG or CT like investigation for look for hepatobiliary system... CBC also done .... For pancreatitis if acute, food not taken for few days to rest pancrease and in chronic case low fat diet taken along with pancrease enzyme supplement.... If needed ryle tube inserted.... Symptomatic treatment done with iv fluid and antiinflammatory drug... If gall stone present then surgical removal needed.... If pancrease affected secondary to stone by bile duct obstruction then ERCP done .... Meanwhile fruits given more and fatty and outside food less. Alcohol avoided... Consult surgeon and discuss all this with him... Take care
