General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the high fever.

I also suggest drinking a lot of liquids and rest.

If the symptoms continue I suggest to do a check up for further evaluation.

Antibiotics may be needed.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contappct me again.

Kind regards!
