Suggest Treatment For High Fever In A Child While On Tylenol
My daughter has had a high fever since Friday morning... I thought she had strep and took her to the walk in waterway results came back negative her fever was 103.1 at that time the doc gave her Tylenol and penicillin and sent us home. Its been 24 hours and I don t think she is getting better.

I have gone through your query. Initial days of infection fever will be high. You can tepid sponging. Tylenol can be given 4 hourly if temperature is very high. Suppositories of tylenol will be more effective. Give adequate hydration also. If still no improvement then consult your pediatrician and you may need hospitalization.
