Suggest Treatment For High Fever, Diarrhea And Rashes In A Toddler

My son is 23 months old and he had a high fever last weekend for three days going up to 103.5 with diahreah, he vomited once and will hardly eat anything now for the last couple of days. He hasn t had a fever or diahreah today but is very grumpy and woke up with a red rash with small raised bumps on back, stomach, arms and face. His left eye was swollen today with a red rash under neath it. I realized he had been rubbing his eyes a lot the last couple days but thought he was just tired for not getting good sleep due to his fevers. So although some symptoms have got better, the rash has gotten worse with swollen eye. He still does not have a big appetite.
