General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

She needs to take anti-inflammatory drugs such Advil or Acetaminophen for fever. She also may need to use enterogermina or youvita to establish the intestinal flora. Also, give her lots of fluids and Tresol possibly for re-hydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
