Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Severe Headaches

Hi... My daughter is 10 years old & frequently means once in 2-3 month she get sick.. She suffers from high fever, omitting & severe headache.. When she sick, she not feel to eat any thing...if she eats immediately she omet.. Sir.. Can you suggest me permanent treatment?

Frequently getting ill occurs commonly due to poor hygene. Viral infections may cause such symptoms like fever, headache, nausea. If these symptoms come once in 2-3 months for about 3-4days and goes without much complications it may be due to viral causes. Maintaining proper hygene and taking nutritional diet riched in fruits and vegetables which help to grow immunity can help to combat these problems.
Rest and diet riched with fluids are also needed along with symptomatic care at the time of illness.
Moreover there are some serious conditions causing high fever and headache with some other abnormalities which have to be ruled out clinically. So if these kind of problems dont get cured by home based therapy you must visit a doctor for your child.
