Suggest Treatment For High Cholesterol And Low Vitamin D Levels

Hello, I m 32 years old and just went to the doc the other day for some blood tests. Everything was fine except high cholesterol and low vitamin D. This was Tuesday. Last night my thighs started itching really bad, but there was ni rash or anything. I haven t been bitten, but they have been very itchy for a couple of months now. This morning when i woke up i had a HUGE bruise that covers my right thigh and splotchy bruises on my left thigh. What could this be??!!

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. In case of low vitamin D it is possible to get dermatitis which can cause itching of skin.Vitamin D supplementation will be helpful for this. You can also get sunlight exposure for natural production of vitamin D and take foods like milk and milk products , fish etc which all helps also. For high cholesterol you can do life style modification and dieting, but if that is not helpful then low dose statin treatment may help to lower it.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
