Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels

My blood sugar is 365. I am not usually on any diabetic medications for about a year now but due to being put on steroids they are really high. I am concerned because I feel really tired and more thirsty then normal. I am taking 5 unit of fast acting with meals and 15 units of long acting but it doesn t seem to be helping.

I really appreciate your concern diabetic status need to be control on tight rul basis and for that you need to get done the plasma glucose level of all three state of food intake like, random, fasting, and post meal, along with that better to get done the "Glycosylated hemoglobin" level, then and then antidiabetic dose can be adjusted, hope this information helps, take care.
