Hi. I have recently found out that i'm having some issues with blood pressure. I'm 34 years old, weight 210 (gain 20 pounds lately) and my height is 5.11. I did some blood work and accept from the following (all was ok) : GLUCOSE SRUM of 118; AST (SGOT) of 54; ALT (SGPT) of 71; ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE of 141 . My blood pressure in the past few days was as follow :

I was wondering what could be wrong with me? it can be that because i gain some weight I am suffering from that ? or, my dad that was suffering from high blood pressure etc., I need to mention that i had Hepatitis as a baby which left a scar on my liver and i have suffered or maybe still do from a fatty liver. that was checked before and the doctor said it is fine...i Just need to stay away from high sugar food and alcohol (which i do not do). Lately, i started to take Vitamin C and Garlic pills bc of the high blood pressure. looking for your diagnosis and help! A
