Hi,

As you are having high BP despite being on Stamlo 5mg twice daily then you have to change the drug to a two-drug combination regimen.

We generally start our patients on Telmisartan-amlodipine (40+5mg) combination twice daily. Before starting it you should get your KFT (kidney function test) done. I hope the bp will be controlled after this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
