Hi Good Morning Doc, I am 31 Years old (Male) . Very recently i have noticed that my recorded blood pressure is 145/90 I have got it measured 3 times last week. It was 160/90 first , second 145/90 and third 145/90. I have quit smoking 6 months ago and i excercise daily. Regards Varun

Hi For your age this reading is high Please continue to work out in the same way & check out the blood pressure once again with consecutive readings If it is still high you better , meet the physician for starting of low dose antihypertensives. Please take less oily, less spicy, less salt foods, Take care
