My cholesterol has never been high (LDL) but I know I have been eating things I should not have for the past 2-3 months. I recently had a physical and my LDL was 135 and I was immediately put on medication for this. I told the nurse I really did not wanted to try diet first but due to my hx of htn and diabetes. (A1C)6.9 she said the Dr wanted me on it.

Include sprouts for your breakfast. Use skim milk for drinking. Have fenugreek seeds to lower sugar and Ldl levels along with blood pressure. Have fruits during morning. Don't take juices.
