Hi My mother is 65 yrs old she suffers high blood pressure but regulated with Coaprovil 300/12.5 as soon as she wakes up 10 am then Isopten 240 and calmag after breakfast
The problem is that sometimes she wakes up late 1pm 2pm etc so how to regulate the dose when this happen.

Welcome. Maintain blood pressure at less than 150/90. Your mother can take Tablet Isoptin(at 10 pm ) 12 hours after Tablet CoAprovel,(at 10 AM ) & Tablet Calmag one hour before Lunch. By this way blood pressure would be in control round the clock. Take less salts,sugar,fats. Investigations required. 1-blood for sugar,lipid profile,K F T ,uric acid. 2-urinalysis & microalbumin. 3-E C G ,Echocardiogram. 4-eyes for fundus examination. Thanks for query.
