Suggest Treatment For High BP, Headache And Dizziness

Hi, I started to take concor 5 from a month as prescriped by my heart doctor as result for getting fast heart beating & some reading for BP 130 & 140/ 90 , headache . although my ECG & Echo is normal. 3 days ago I went to the doctor again my BP is 130/80 with headache & still the previous symptoms "lower but still" didn't disappear specially heart beating in occasion he prescriped concor 5 plus for another month I took it 3 days then I stop still headache & and dizzy eye problems .. Is any problem from stoping it, if HBP is stable on 130:140/ 90 must I take medicine, how to stop concor

From the history given here I could say that this may not be any disease of heart related but this could be due to the apprehensiveness, and this may not need any treatment, better to stop worrying and try to keep the stress low, hope this information helps.
