Suggest Treatment For High BP, Headache And Dizziness

Hello, I am a 35 year old female with no previous blood pressure issues. My Bp is 150/ 130 with pulse rate of 90. My previous reading an hour ago was 144/114 with pulse rate of 88. I am experiencing headache, dizziness and absolutely no energy all day. Should my Bp be a concern?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If your blood pressure level remain high on 3 consecutive measurements then it is hypertension and you should start life style modification and low salt diet. Even after this your BP level remains high then you should take medication. Low dose beta blocker or ACE inhibitor therapy will help you. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks
