Suggest Treatment For High BP For A 55-year-old Female

Hi I am fifty years old and a female of color, i suffer from high blood pressure and lately i have been feeling fatigued and i am experiencing some swelling in my right arm also I a always thirsty and my breathing is labored. Should I be concerned? I sleep with my head elevated at night because it is uncomfortable to sleep on my back. Just recently i noticed that it feels like i have some kind of obstruction in the right side of my throat. I feel the need to inhale slightly harder, if that makes sense. What is your recommendation? I do suffer from angioedema.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

It’s better to get it checked up and get a chest ray and a physical examination done to rule out what it could be.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Harshita, Ophthalmologist
