I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Answer: In my opinion you should see a doctor who will conduct a thorough clinical assessment after taking a detailed history and then run necessary investigations. Your pulse and BP are a bit higher than normal, the doctor will recheck these and advise you accordingly.

At this stage is not practical to suggest anything regarding your condition other than that you be seen by a doctor.

Hope this helps and please do not hesitate to contact me if there is any confusion.
