Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. An ECG examination and stress test should be done to rule out heart problems to be on safe side. If that is clear possibilities are towards GERD or costochondritis. Applying diclofenac gel and taking proton pump inhibitors like Nexium will be helpful in such case.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
