Suggest Treatment For High BP And Nausea

My blood pressure has been high for several days. My head hurts and I m nauseous. I took 120 mg time released capsule of Propranolol This morning and it did not help. I then added 1/2 of 5 mg tablet of amlodipine which again did not help headack or nausea and blood pressure still high. Hours later I took the other 1/2 of the 5 mg tablet of amiodipine, Still have headack and nausea. Blood pressure 159/94. What should I do? Can I take more amlodipine or more propranolol? I have 40 mg tablets of propranolol.
