General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Definitely you are suffering from hypertension as per readings of your BP. Feeling of pressure in the chest, May definitely be signs of some heart disease, particularly hypertensive heart disease. In your case, ECG is the primary required test. Depending on the report if ECG and your condition, your doctor may advise you for TMT or / and Echocardiography. If indicated, you may have to be tested for blood sugar as well as your lipid profile also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
