Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

HDL is good cholesterol – higher, the better. Congrats

LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better / 100 (in ischemia, 70) is the aim.
Need Life style changes - weight to normal / No tobacco or alcohol / Diet and exercise. Repeat the test in 6 weeks… if still high, you need drugs (manufactured in the liver, determined by heredity.) Statin is the first choice – but because of mild elevation of liver enzymes, your doctor may opt for fibrates

Elevation of liver enzymes - 3 or more times the upper limits needs urgent investigations further. This is borderline. Just repeat after a month. Avoid alcohol and all drugs – including acetaminophen.

Good luck
God bless you
