Hi; I have this electric shock like feeling in my upper left chest / collar bone and it happens once a fortnight. I have a hiatus hernia and acid reflux. Please tell me it s to do with this? It seriously hurts and the pain doesn t go away for ages after I get the electric shock feeling

do a upper GI endoscopy and take pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day in empty stomach.eat light diet no street or junk food.
