Dermatologist 's  Response
for herpes zoster the drug which should be started within 72 hrs is Tab Valaciclovir 1000mg thrice daily for 7 days. other drug should be topical antibiotic cream(fusidic acid) and oral antibiotic to prevent secondary infection. cap Methylcobalamine + Pregabalin once daily to prevent neural pain.
your second problem is acne scar - there is no topical cream for acne scar. you have to undergo for dermaroller, subscision, microdermabrasion or laser for treatmen as per type of scar.
