Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I value your concern regarding the symptoms. I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion your symptoms are more important than the findings you have put above, as per your reports you need surgery both for your spine and hip, at spine dissectomy and at hip replacement surgery needs to be done, but as I told you depending on your symptoms this may change.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
Special note- Any medication prescribed needs to be taken after consultation with your personal doctor only.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Jayesh Vaza's  Response
Dear patient
Your hip is more affected compared to disc prolapse. Where is the pain? Are you having back pain with lower limb radiculopathy or pain locally in right hip? I think hip is more symptomatic due to arthritis. Your right hip is totally damaged and it needs to be replaced with total hip replacement surgery. Total hip replacement is very effective surgery for pain relief and improves mobility. It also improves activities of aily living. Your back pain needs to be reassessed after hip surgery. Git may improve after hip surgery. Your mri report is not giving information about canal diameters at prolapsed disc levels. If canal diameter is narrow below 60 % it needs surgery. All the best.
