Suggest Treatment For Hepatomegaly

hello doctor...my mothers ultrasonography in 2004 showed mild hepatomegaly measuring 188cm...yesterdai again it is 192 cm...wats normal size....n wat all possible medication for this....she is an old case of ca breast n mrm has been done in 2000...all investigation are within normal limit.....last year she developd osteoarthritisl....she is 49 yrs old...rgds simy

liver is slightly enlarged. The average measured liver diameter in female subjects is around 13cm ( 130mm).

if all lab values ( liver enzymes) are in normal limits , then nothing to worry.
however, lab values maybe monitored every 6 to 12 months.
