General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

Your daughter is HCV positive... If she remains positive for few months approx six month than she has chronic hepatitis or carrier stage...

In HCV resolution is rare as compare to hbsag...

HCV RNA and liver enzymes estimation done. If not in active stage than no need for antiviral drug...

HCV can spread through secretion and unfortunately no vaccine available for that

Utensils contaminated by her secretion cleaned properly and diluted bleach solution can be used for that..

Sharing of objects avoided like toothbrush..

Take care

Hope this will help
