Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis B

Hello doctor, i ve been diagnosed hepatitis b positive since 6 months now my viral load is 3871 , transaminase is 25 and 28 UI/L, the anticorps anti-HBc igM is négatif, anticorps anti-HBc totaux is positif, anticorps anti HBe is negatif, please is there any treatment for me? can i take Hepantivir drug? Thanks
