General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is understandable to be concerned, cancer is the least likely cause for pain. In most persons with cancer, there is little pain particularly in ovarian cancer, which tends to be silent.

You should consider imaging of the uterus and ovaries again to see if there is also a cyst or other lesion on the right which maybe contribute to the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
General & Family Physician
