Hello,

Most patients with ovarian cyst rupture hemorrhagic have an uncomplicated case and are candidates for observation. When you got diagnosis of a rupture cyst can cause hypotension, tachycardia (increase heart rate). If you have any symptom of increase heart rate, dizzy or severe pain you should see a doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General & Family Physician
