General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
It could be due to the side effect of the warfarin, endometriosis, endometrial cancer.
I would suggest to undergo endometrial biopsy, reproductive hormone analysis and USG scan to rule out the causes.
Warfarin should b take in the low doses under the observation of treating doctor.
Progesterone shot and tranexaemic acid will help in reducing the bleeding.
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Hope this may help you
