Hello doctor,
I'm breast feeding my 19 days baby. Today I am not feeling well, since morning I'm suffering from a heavy throat and nose run. Can you please suggest a remedy or medicine for me.

do gargles with salt in Luke warm water , avoid cold drinks and all ,,, if it doesn't help see a ENT Doctor
