Hello! By the signs you describe i would think of several diagnosis. If this is the first episode of headache, the first thing that goes in my mind by the location and the nature of it, is sinusitis. The inflammation of the sinuse's mucosae can make the facial tissues painful, and the pain behind the eyes and heaviness are the most common type of sinusitis related headache. If you had flulike symptoms before the headache, you should check with your family doctor, because the symptoms may last some weeks to 3-4 months. I I hope i was of help.
