Suggest Treatment For Heat Boils On The Body

Hi I have small spots like ghamonia prickly heat spot on my body and specially neck how to get rid off it. I wash face along with neck always.. No medication .. Its always there and I saw people with black skin only has this type of problems pls let me know the reason n medicine n home remedy

no treatment is requered. it can be left like that. no home remedy available.when it not giving any problem then why to worry and un necessarily disturb it. can apply sunscreen lotion and apply talcum powder.
