Suggest Treatment For Heartburn

Recently I have had minor heartburn when I wake up in the morning. It goes away approx. an hour or so later. Just now I was outside fixing a weed eater when I experienced pain throughout my upper jaw. Less than a minute later I experienced pain under my sternum along with the pain in my jaw. It was probably just a 3 or 4 on 1 to 10 scale but it made me breath a little shallow. I was sitting down at the time this all occurred.

Brief answer
symptoms warrants a cardiologists opinion

Detailed Answer

Hi, Greetings
thanks for posting your query on HMC
i read your query i think i would be able to help you.

1.The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a cardiac condition. The symptoms are usually more extensive but they can be more localised like yours.
2. Retrosternal pain radiating to jaw with shallow breathing even in sitting posture should always be considered a cardiac issue unless ruled out by further detailed testing.

3. I therefore suggest testing with ECG,lab tests for Cardiac Markers and if needed ECHO and TMT.

4. I would suggest that you visit a cardiologist as soon as possible.

i would like further details for follow up like your age, any previous history of any cardiac condition (like High Blood Pressure, high cholesterol and sedentary life style)
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you.
Please feel free to contact us for more information.
wish you good health
regards
