Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations And Tightening In The Chest
Hi I have been getting palpitations at first with jaw ache/pressure. .then a week later chest tightening in the centre. .sometimes left shoulder blade and sometimes an aching left arm round the elbow mainly. .and for the last two weeks extreme dizzy woozy spells. ..sometimes lasting for a few hours at a time. ..what is it?

looking to the symptoms given here it is advisable to get done the EKG test, you have not given any thing about the age and gender without this nothing can be said provisionally, it could be anything right from the functional condition to systemic disease and this could be age and gender related, take care have a nice day.
