Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi Raghavendra

Probably you are having DCM (dialted cardiomyopathy) in which heart enlarges and looses its adequate pumping ability due to which fluid starts accumulating inside the body. Its advisable that you should consult a cardiologist personally so that he can evaluate you properly and then adjust your medicines properly. Till that time waht you can do is to restict your water/fluid intake to less than 1 - 1.5 ltrs per day as well as low salt diet.

Wish you good health
